I think it's ridiculous you can only find this on Ebay. What kind of manufacturer runs commercials, and then doesn't have it's product available anywhere but on an auction-style website ?

This toy sucks. My guess is they are not making any more of them because they don't want to deal with all of the returns. It leaks bubble solution all over the place, even a grown up can barely get it to blow a few measly little bubbles, and in the tub it fills with water, rendering it entirely incapable of blowing bubbles. Per the instructions it then has to be taken apart (legs, arms and head removed) in order to clean and dry it after each use. It's kind of cute and can be played with as a plastic doll, as long as you don't mind a doll whose arms and legs fall off constantly. Don't waste your money, a big disappointment!
