Before he did it, I didn't really even know my husband was planning to buy the Canon Powershot SX10IS 10MP Digital Camera with 20x Wide Angle Optical Image Stabilized Zoom
, but I'm glad he did.Today, he brought out the camera he'd bought online -- from Amazon, yay! -- and starting snapping pics.
With an amazing 300-and-something or more great reviews, I can see why he bought it:

The Canon Powershot SX10 is
was a good buy, it turns out, replacing our really old digital camera that was so old that all our pics came out too light and such after a while.But the Canon SX10 IS promises new hope, with it's flip-out screen that lets us see the digital pics we take, and delete the ones we don't like and keep shooting.
We didn't even know it had the movie shooting feature that lets us shoot movies -- and! -- while shooting movies with the Canon SX10 is, it even lets you take still pictures without interrupting the movie.
And -- we've yet to dig into all the sx10 features yet -- Amazon says that you can also use the print/share button to not only print pictures directly to a compatible printer, you can also share the pics by sending them to your PC.
It looks good.
Now I just want to look better in the pics taken of me!
